Bob Abt is a passionate servant leader with a unique combination of business and IT experience.  

 

Bob’s ability to comprehend the big picture and bridge the gap between business and IT has been honed through  35+ years of experience at one of the world’s largest and most distinguished companies.  For the better part of the last decade Bob has been at the forefront of transforming ExxonMobil’s IT culture to a more Lean and Agile mindset first as manager of their Agile Support Center and lately as an independent consultant.

 

Bob’s world view is that organizations are ecosystems where each person is responsible for the  purpose and outcomes of the organization.  An accomplished communicator and equally comfortable coaching Scrum, Kanban and SAFe, Bob is as strong advocate for taking a disciplined, holistic approach to prioritizing and organizing work.
